  The product was upgraded and regenerated for several times and has reached to advanced level both at home and abroad. It uses steam or electric heater as heat source and uses axial fan and heat exchanger to heat air with convective way. The laminar flow of hot air passes through the baking trays and will carry out heat transmission with material. Fresh air will enter into the oven from inlet to supply and then discharge from damp outlet. Fresh air is supplied and wet and hot air is discharged continuously. In this way, suitable RH in oven can be maintained. The ultimate advantage of oven is that most hot air is cycled in the oven, it increases heat transmission and saves energy source. It makes thermal efficiency of oven raise from 3~8% of traditional drying house to about 35~50%. It uses the function of reinforced ventilation to decrease temperature difference from up to low. The oven delivered by out factory has set air distribution device. Before application, customer can adjust fan blade in order to make the temperature difference at the best state. CT series oven is not equipped with automatic control. It adapts 4-72 centrifugal fan. Model CT-C series oven adapts low noise high temperature resistant axial fan and also equips with automatic constant temperature control system and also has computer control system for you to choose.
 This drying oven is suitable for the material and for the product hot solidification and drying de-watering in the pharmaceutical,chemical,food,farming,side-product,aquatic product,light industries,heavy industry and other industries. Such as: raw material medicine,crude drug,prepared herbal medicine of Chinese traditional medicine,plaster,powder,particle,drinking agent,pill,packing bottle,pigment,dyestuff,de-watering vegetable,dried fruit piece,sausage,plastics,resin,electric component,baking varnish and etc.
 Explanation 1. For the heating source,there are two kinds: the steam,and the electrical or far infrared steam for our users to choose. 2. The temperatures to be used: steam heating 50-140¡æ,Max. 150¡æ. 3. The moisture while using the electrical or temperatures: 50-300¡æ. 4. The automatic control system or the computer control system is selectable. 5. Commonly used steam pressure 0.2-0.8 MPa (2-8 kg/cm2) 6. If the electrical heating and type I ,the calculation is 15kw,and the practical use is 5-8 kW/h. 7. The special requirements should be indicated at the time of order. 8. The price for the non-standard oven should be consulted. 9. The operation temperature is more than 140¡æ or less than 60¡æ should be indicated at the time of order. 10. The ovens and baking plates made by our factory are uniform in the dimensions, and can be exchanged each other. 11. The baking plate dimensions: 460x640x45mm.

The materials to be used are aluminium alloy stainless steel,A3 steel surface zinc covering,steel and aluminium compound,copper,steel pipe and aluminium winding sheet. In addition,the radiators can be used for the heating and dehumidification indoors and in the warehouses.
