¡ñVacuum filter, washing and drying multi-function drier is designed and manufactured by our factory on the basis of absorbing abroad advanced technique, principle and characteristic of "three to one" equipment and combining domestic actual condition through optimization. It can instead of filtering and drying equipment (e.g. pump filter, press filter, twin cone drier and vacuum drying box, etc.) it can complete all processes such as filtering, washing, drying and solid discharging within one set of equipment. It can be wide used for pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, agrochemicals industry, foodstuff industry, etc. It is the best equipment for filtering and drying. It can realize full closed and whole process continuous production. Particularly it is suitable for the production of product that has the requirement of asepsis or toxicity. It is one set of full localization equipment. Its whole design is compact and its structural design is more reasonable and reliable. It can fully instead of imported "three to one" equipment. ¡ñThe design of this machine is twin cone cylinder. One end is filtering plate and another is spraying and washing and discharge port. The jacket may pass through steam or hot water for heating internal bladder. The body of cylinder is put on the frame of machine through main shaft. One end of main shaft is the interface of steam and condensation water that can pass through steam to completer heating process and another end is pumping vacuum port in which the vacuum can be formed through vacuum pump or vacuum system and the pumping filter process can be completed as well as the evaporated vapor can be pumped out during the period of drying. Motor and speed reducer are put at the frame of machine. they will bring the body of cylinder to rotate clockwise and counterclockwise through gear transmission. It makes material turning over from up to down and from inner to out. During the period of washing, it makes material mixing fully and also complete washing process. During the period of drying, it can change the surface to be heated continuously and makes material to be heated uniformly and reach the purpose of balance drying. 

¡ñFiltering stage: the product will be separated from mother liquor (vacuum pumping filter). The filtering cake may reach to 200-500mm.
¡ñRinsing stage: the filtering cake will be purified further and the residual mother liquor will be rinsed and dehydrated. The filtering cake and rinsing liquid will be mixed through twin cone revolving and final formed slurry and the suspended liquid filtering cake will be rinsed fully.
¡ñDrying stage: after the filtering cake is dehydrated, it will be loosened through revolving. Meanwhile steam in the jacket will heat to internal wall. The filtering cake will be heated and raised its temperature through heat exchange. The moisture will be evaporated quickly and the drying effect will be reached. The speed of evaporation will be speeded up through the method of vacuum. The evaporated moisture will be brought out through treated medium such as nitrogen. It may speed up the dry of material and the drying effective will be raised.
Note: if the equipment is equipped with a stirring device, under certain condition, it can complete the process of crystal. The real integrative operation can be reached. Moreover in the rinsing stage it makes that the filtering cake and rinsing liquid will be mixed fully and the rinsing is rinsed fully.

¡ñBeing adapted integrative design, it simplifies procedure and reduces loss and raises the yield of product. 
¡ñEvery seal point has set double seal. The seal material is silicon rubber or fluororubber. 
¡ñThe filtering material is filtering cloth, stainless screen or powder sinter plate. According to the need of customer, it can be chosen from 3um to 50um. The side distance of filtering cloth dead corner is 25mm in single side.
¡ñThe chassis is disassembling type. The seal effective can be reached through quick assembling bolts to clamp up and low flange. The chassis will be disassembled by cylinder or fallen to the ground, and the pull out by wheel type dolly in order to clean the filtering plate.
¡ñThe body of tank can be rotated clockwise and counterclockwise. The revolution can be adjusted by transducer freely within 1¡«10 rpm. The active shaft has automatic braking device. 
¡ñHas set rinsing on-position, sampling on-position, steam disinfection. Prevent from polluting product, can adapt the requirements of ¡°GMP¡±.
¡ñOperate at seal state. The product has not loss, no leakage and no pollution. Particularly it is suitable for material that has strong stimulating smell and toxicity.
¡ñBeing operated at vacuum state, it has higher evaporated rate under low temperature. Particularly it id suitable for drying material that is thermal sensitive or is easy to oxidize, it can also be suitable for drying material that contains solvent. Moreover it can recover solvent.
¡ñCompact mechanism of equipment, occupy small area, simple operation..
¡ñLarge loading amount, the loading coefficient may reach to 30%-40%.
