After the machinery dehydration hygrometric state sludge sends in the fluid bed water extractor through the conveyer, assumes the aerosol ebullition condition under the high temperature haze function, the high temperature haze and the sludge is in the overlapping adverse current, the high temperature haze took the highly effective interchange of heat medium, the sludge can evaporate in the ebullition process. The special design fluid bed water extractor internal structure may cause the wet sludge to join continuously from an end, the product does the sludge to discharge continuously from another end. The moisture content which evaporates through the condenser is recycled, returns to the sewage treatment system abreast in row. The part does the sludge and the wet sludge mixes after the mixer enters the fluid bed water extractor again. The sludge thermal decomposition is in does not have the oxygen or under the oxygen deficit condition, heats up to certain temperature (the high temperature: 500~1000℃, low temperature: <500℃), causes the solid matter to decompose into the oil, the non-condensable gas and the coal three kind of combustible substance.
⑴Operates nimbly, but continuous running. According to the sludge finally handling request, through in the adjustment fuel oil/coal amount, the bed the speed of flow, the sludge gives estimated that, obtains does the sludge to contain solidly differently rate.
⑵Because in the fluidization level the granule is at the intense state of motion, between the granule and the gas mass transfer and the capacity of heat transmission speed is very quick, the heat transmission efficiency and the evaporation speed are high, may the water content 80% above humidity material one time to the water content below 5%, the energy consumption be dryly low. Also in the sludge the moisture content in the fluid bed internal energy instantaneous volatility, the drying time is short, in the stove the temperature distribution is consistent, the product dry degree and the granularity are even.
⑶The fluid bed water extractor design is compact, unit area handling ability is very big, the spatial percentage of is low, does not have the mechanical drive part, the breakdown to be few, the construction expense and the investment expenses are low.
⑷The product does the sludge to have the very good physical form (for example outward appearance, granularity, color taste, water absorbant and so on), chemomorphosis (moisture content, organic matter, total phlegm and trace element content) stable, cannot have two pollution, handling or the resources use comparison security.
⑸May according to the different request, necessary different dry craft.(For example rotation drum drier, vibration fluid bed dryer, thick liquid leaf dryer, conveyor-type drier and so on).
